Observation of captopril in improving the effect of plate exercises in old patients with congestive heart failure associated with hypotension

摘要

Objective To observe captopril in improving th e effect of plate e xercises in old pat ients with congestive heart failure(CHF)associated with hy potension.Methods40old patients of CHF were divided in to 2groups:Group A( routine treatment group)and group B (routine treatment plus captopril gr oup) after basic treatment of anti-heart failure adjustment.Result After 12weeks of treatment,cardiac function,ejection fraction of left ventricle,exercise ti me,and metabolic equilent were significantiy im proved in group B but not in gr oup A.Conclusion Captopril can improve exercise time and metabolic equilent in old patien ts with CHF associated hypotension.
