Application of Epidural Anesthesia Combined with Low-dose Oxytocin in Labor Analgesia

Objective: to explore the application value of epidural anesthesia + whole course small dose oxytocin in analgesic delivery. Methods: 112 parturients with analgesia delivery in our hospital were divided into group A and group B according to different intervention methods. Epidural anesthesia, epidural anesthesia + whole course small dose oxytocin were implemented respectively. The production, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal quality of the two groups were compared. Results: the duration of labor in group B was shorter than that in group A, the amount of 2-hour postpartum hemorrhage was lower than that in group A, and the neonatal 1-minute Apgar score was higher than that in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: epidural anesthesia + whole course small dose oxytocin intervention in analgesic delivery can shorten the production, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 2 hours and improve the quality of newborns.
