摘要
Objective: to investigate the application effect of spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia in patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods: a total of 300 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were randomly divided into group A (n=150) and group B (n=150) by number (1-300). Group A was induced by general anesthesia, and group B was induced by spinal anesthesia. The cognitive function and mental state of patients were analyzed, and the effects of different anesthesia methods were analyzed. Results: the mental state of group A was lower than that of group B at 1.5, 5.5, 11.5 and 24 hours after operation. Postoperative cognitive function of group A was lower than that of group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of spinal anesthesia induced fracture operation is better than that of general anesthesia, which can effectively improve the cognitive function and promote the recovery of mental state.
