摘要
Objective: to analyze and explore the clinical effect of combined injection of protamine zinc recombinant human insulin and metformin enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods: 120 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, and 60 cases in each group were compared. In the injection therapy, the observation group was injected with protamine zinc recombinant human insulin and metformin enteric-coated tablets. Fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and protamine zinc were injected in 2 groups with recombinant human insulin. Then compare the amount of liquid injected. Results: fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and other indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The minimum, maximum and average doses of protamine zinc recombinant human insulin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: protamine zinc recombinant insulin injection combined with metformin enteric solution in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has a good clinical effect and is worth popularizing.
