摘要
Objective: to understand the application effect of different treatment methods in senile anxiety, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of escitalopram and venlafaxine. Methods: comparative analysis was used to study the clinical data of patients collected in this study. All the data came from the aged anxiety patients admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020. 68 patients were divided into groups by random number table method, n=34 in the control group and N =34 in the observation group. Control group received venlafaxine treatment; The observation group was treated with escitalopram, and the efficacy, adverse reactions and anxiety scores before and after treatment were compared. Results: the effective rate of observation group and control group was higher, and there was no statistical significance (P > 0.05). The SAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group (P > 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group decreased significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of senile anxiety disorder, both escitalopram and venlafaxine have good effects, which can reduce the scores of anxiety symptoms in patients, but escitalopram has small adverse reactions and high safety in drug use.
