老龄化背景下的住宅设计探究

摘要

Aging is an important social problem in the new century. The aged residential design is not only related to the life quality in later life, but also influences on the family harmony and stability and social welfare. Through the analysis of the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly, this paper aims at grasping the design principles of the aged housing, and then provides effective measures for the aged residential design.%老龄化是新世纪我国面临的重要社会问题，老年住宅设计不仅关系到老年人晚年生活质量，也对家庭和谐稳定以及我国社会保障与社会福利水平产生重要影响。文章旨在通过对老年人的心理与生理需求进行分析，把握老年住宅的设计原则，提出关于老年住宅设计的有效措施。
