超市购物手机客户端便捷化设计*--以武汉市南湖沃尔玛超市为例

         

摘要

随着3G、4G网络技术的应用以及移动互联网和无线网络的普及,有效利用信息传播媒介从而使购物者及时、有效地接收信息并予反馈,就能加强购物者与商家线上线下的联系,促进商品的快速销售,已经成为商家亟待解决的问题。有基于此,以武汉南湖沃尔玛超市为例,针对其指示牌摆放位置不准确、商品分类模糊、商品信息更新缓慢等问题,以优化购物者超市购物体验为目的,通过手机定位导航系统以引导购物者购买商品并提升超市的商品销售量、打造超市的品牌形象,因而对超市的购物客户端便捷化设计进行了探讨与研究。%With the popularization of 3G/4G and the advancement of network and mobile technology in recent years, the effective and timely use of the information media becomes an urgent business problem for consumers to receive information and merchants to promote its relationship with consumers. Based on consumption, with innovation and practice as a goal, this paper takes Wuhan Nanhu Wal-Mart as an example, pointing out the inaccuracy of its signs, the fuzzy classiifcation of its goods, the slow update of its information etc. Set consumers’ experience as the main purpose, the paper explores supermarket convenient shopping client design that customers can purchase goods and promote its sales, publicize its brand culture through positioning and navigation guide analysis.
