The Establishment of China ASEAN Free Trade Area is endowed with the chance for the cooperation in agriculture between Yunnan province of China and ASEAN, but how to cooperate is an important issue. The paper analyses the competitiveness and complement in their trade of agricultural products, natural resources and their industrial foundation, agricultural investment and their cooperation in agricultural technology and then provides measures for Yannan.
