微生物肥料对烤烟生长发育和产量质量的影响

     

摘要

2014年利用烤烟K326品种在福建省松溪县开展田间小区对比试验,研究两种微生物肥料对烤烟生长发育和产量质量的影响。结果表明:(1)移栽后75 d,施用微生物肥料的处理株高和节距有增加趋势并达到显著水平,烟草气候斑点病、马铃薯Y病毒病、烟草普通花叶病、烟草赤星病等发病率和病情指数有所降低;(2)施用微生物肥料的处理改善了烟叶的品质,以施用金农肥中肥的处理在油份和色度方面表现较好,化学成分适宜、比例协调;(3)施用微生物肥料的处理比常规施肥处理产量分别提高了9.93%和10.92%,产值分别提高了12.06%和11.31%。综合各种因素,以施用金农肥中肥的效果最好。%In 2014,using K326 as material,the field plots experiments was carried out to determine the effect of two kinds of microbial fertilizers (compound microorganism bacterium agent and biological-organic-inorganic compound fertilizer)on the growth,the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco in Songxi,Fujiang province.The results mainly indicated three as-pects:(1 )75 days after transplanting,stem length and node span of experimental groups had an increase tendency and the difference between experimental groups and controlled group reached significant level,and the incidence and index of disea-ses such as tobacco weather fleck,potato virus Y,tobacco mosaic virus and tobacco brown spot reduced after the application of microbial fertilizers.(2)The treatment of applying microbial fertilizer improved the quality of tobacco leaves,and the oil and chroma performed better with applying compound microorganism bacterium agent,and the chemical composition was suit-able and the proportion coordinated.(3)The tobacco yield of experimental groups increased by 9.93%and 10.92%respec-tively,the value of output increased by 12.06%and 11.31%respectively compared with conventional treatment.By synthe-sizing all kinds of factors,it worked best with the treatment of using Jingnog compound microorganism bacterium agent.
