隆回烤烟生长与烟叶品质对移栽期的响应

     

摘要

为明确隆回烟区优质烟叶生产的适宜移栽期,研究了该烟区3月上旬、中旬和下旬膜上移栽烟株的生长及初烤烟叶品质特征。结果表明,随气温升高,光照强度增大,烟株大田生育期随移栽期推迟而缩短;受低温影响,上中旬移栽烟株的叶片宽度、单叶重、含梗率、总糖、还原糖均低于下旬移栽烟叶,而叶片厚度、总氮、烟碱、钾、氯含量均高于下旬移栽烟叶;上旬移栽烟叶的干物质积累过少,糖碱比、钾氯比和氮碱比低,烟气杂气大,中旬移栽的烟叶厚度过大,烟气刺激性大,感官评吸质量最差,下旬移栽烟叶糖碱比、钾氯比和氮碱比高,香气质和劲头最好,理化特性较为协调,感官评吸质量最好。因此,3月下旬是该烟区的适宜移栽期。%In order to specify the suitable transplanting period of high-quality tobacco leaf production in Longhui tobacco areas,growth and quality of flue-cured tobacco characteristics of tobacco transplanting with mulch film in early March, mid and late was studied in this research.The results showed that with the rising of temperature and increasing of light in-tensity,the light intensity increases,tobacco growing period in the field was delayed as the shorting of transplanting time.Affected by low temperature,the leaf width,leaf weight,stem ratio,total sugar,reducing sugar of tobacco transplanted in the early and middle March was generally lower than tobacco transplanted in the late March.While the leaf thickness, content of total nitrogen,nicotine,potassium and chlorine were lower than tobacco transplanted in the late March.A lack of dry matter accumulation and a low ratio of total sugar to nicotine,potassium to chlorine and nitrogen to alkali was showed in tobacco transplanted in the early March,and the offensive taste of smoke was strong.The leaves were thick in tobacco trans-planted in middle March,along with strong smoke irritation and the worst panel test quality.A high Ratio of sugar to alkali, potassium to chlorine and nitrogen to alkali and the best quality of aroma and physiological strength and more coordinate physicochemical characteristics were demonstrated in tobacco transplanted in late March,so were their panel test quality.Therefore,the late March should be the suitable transplanting period in this tobacco cultivating area.
