配方营养液对烤烟漂浮育苗烟苗生长及生理特性的影响

摘要

为了研究漂浮育苗中不同配方营养液对烟苗生长的影响，以‘云烟87’为材料，采用大棚试验，考察了6种配方营养液对烤烟苗期农艺性状、叶绿素含量、根系活力、硝酸还原酶含量的影响。结果表明，采用“金土地”水剂育苗，有利于大十字期烤烟叶片的生长和干物质积累，增加烟苗色素含量；能增加成苗期茎围，促进叶片生长，有利于光合产物向地下转移，鲜干比较大；能缩短烤烟育苗时间。综合分析，“金土地”水剂较适于郴州烟区烤烟育苗。%In order to study the effects of different nutrient solutions on the seedling growth in floating seedlings,‘Yunyan 87’was used in a greenhouse experiment with six different nutrient solutions,and the agronomic characteristics,chlorophyll contents,root vigor and nitrate reductase contents of flue -cured tobacco seedlings were measured.The results showed that“Jintudi”watery liquid promoted tobacco growth,leaf growth,dry matter accumulation,increased the tobacco seedling chlo-rophyll contents and stem circumference.It is in favor of the photosynthetic product transfer to the underground;and the fresh -dry ratio is larger.It shortened the time of flue -cured tobacco seedling.By comprehensive analysis,the “Jintudi”watery liquid is more suitable for tobacco seedling production in Chenzhou.
