花铃期增温对棉花生理指标和产量性状的影响

摘要

The influences of increasing temperature on the yield,quality and physiological and biochemical indexes of‘Xiangzamian 7’cotton was studied during the flower and boll stage.The results showed that the leaf SOD and POD activi-ties of increasing temperature treatment is significantly lower than that of the normal temperature,and its MDA content is significantly higher than the normal temperature.The lint cotton yield,boll weight,boll per plant and fiber yield of increas-ing temperature treatments were significantly lower than that of normal temperature.Therefore,high temperature showed ad-versity influence the cotton growth and decreased the cotton yield greatly.%以湘杂棉7号为材料，研究了花铃期增温处理对棉花几个生理生化指标、产量和品质的影响。结果表明：在不同种植密度下增温处理棉花叶片的 SOD、POD 活性低于常温处理，MDA 含量高于常温处理，并达到显著差异水平；增温处理下皮棉产量、铃重、单株成铃数及衣分显著低于常温处理。因此，高温逆境对棉花生长有很大影响，最终表现为棉花产量大幅度降低。
