As some objective restrictions exist, the independent college library could not offer the best service in all districts. So characteristic construction is the best way to develop for the library. This article mainly talks about the characteristic construction of the series publication resources in independent college library.%独立学院图书馆的发展由于受到多种客观因素的制约，使其难以做到全方位的优质服务。所以，特色化的馆藏资源建设是独立学院图书馆必须要走的发展方向。选定发展方向，集中有限的资源实现图书馆的对口服务和特色服务，增强图书馆的吸引力和生命力。
