The study takes the Library, Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology, for example, by questionaire survey and document retrieval for the customer service of library, explains the current customer service of library,analyzes problem, provides solutions and suggests how to improve customer service of library.%本文拟以广东科学技术职业学院图书馆为例,通过问卷调查和文献调查两种主要方式,对读者服务需求进行一次调研,获悉高职院校图书馆读者服务的现状,分析问题,并提出对策,希望能够为高职院校图书馆的读者服务建设提供有益建议。
