介绍一种上浆率测试装置的特点及测试效果.针对现有上浆率测试装置及方法所存在的缺陷研制了一种新的上浆率测试装置,对比了传统退浆法与该装置测得上浆率的准确性.试验表明:该装置结构简单,操作简便,克服了传统退浆法中毛羽损失率带来的误差.认为:该装置具有较高的应用及推广价值.%Property and test effect of one sizing percentage tester were introduced. According to the disadvantages of current sizing percentage tester and method,one new sizing percentage tester were developed. Accuracies of sizing percentage tested by traditional desizing method and the new tester were contrasted. The test proves the new tester structure is simple, the operation is convenient and fast. Errors caused by hairiness loss in traditional desizing method can be avoided and the test result is more accurate. It is considered the new tester should be promoted and applied widely.
