研究基于Fluent的靶式撞击流喷嘴流场数值模拟效果.利用Fluent软件对靶式撞击流喷嘴内部及出口外部流场进行了数值模拟研究,通过模拟得出了喷嘴的结构尺寸(管径d和管道与靶的间距δ)和压强P(水流速度v)对喷嘴雾化效果的影响.结果表明:靶式撞击流喷嘴结构尺寸和压强越大,喷嘴的雾化效果越好.认为其具有区别于一般离心喷嘴的优越性,可以节约喷水量.%Numerical simulation effect of target type impinging stream nozzle flow field based oh Fluent was researched. Numerical simulation of target type impinging stream nozzle internal and export flow field was studied by Fluent software. Effect of nozzle structure size( diameter d of exit nozzle and the distance between the target and pipe) and pressure( means the water velocity) on atomization can be got through simulation. The result shows that the atomization effect is better when increasing target type impinging stream nozzle structure size and pressure. It is considered that the nozzle superiority is obvious comparing to general centrifugal nozzle,water consumption can be saved.
