蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺纱的开发

摘要

Key points in producing silkworm protein fiber blended yarn were discussed. Spinning property of silkworm protein fiber was studied. Raw material was selected rationally and pupa protein fiber was pretreated according to yarn property and quality demands. According to blending fiber property, processing in each process were designed properly. Technology problems caused by silkworm protein fiber worse spinnability were solved effectively. Finally evenness, strength, hairiness of silkworm protein fiber blended yarn quality index can reach use demands.%探讨生产蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺纱的工艺要点.通过研究蚕蛹蛋白纤维的纺纱性能,根据后道产品对纱线性能和质量的要求,合理选配原料,对蚕蛹蛋白纤维进行纺前预处理；针对混纺纤维性能特点,合理设计各工序纺纱工艺参数,有效解决了因蚕蛹蛋白纤维可纺性较差而产生的纺纱技术难题,最终使蚕蛹蛋白纤维混纺纱的条干CV、强力和毛羽等质量指标满足了使用要求.
