机械包覆丝机辅助接头装置的开发

摘要

The design and application effect of auxiliary joint device for mechanical core-spun machine at higher speed were discussed.Regarding to the problem of difficult joint at higher speed for mechanical core-spun machine,the main reasons for restricting the mechanical core-spun joint speed were analyzed.A kind of auxiliary joint device for mechanical core-spun machine at higher speed was designed.The joint effect was verified.The practice shows that the joint operation can be completed when the drafting speed of mechanical core-spun machine reaches to 50 m/min or even more.It is considered that the device can solve the restriction problem of joint opera-tion with production speed.The automation and intelligence of mechanical core-spun machine were further im-proved.%探讨高速机械包覆丝机辅助接头装置的设计及应用效果。针对机械包覆丝机在高速状态下接头困难的问题,分析了制约机械包覆丝接头速度的主要原因,设计了一种高速机械包覆丝机辅助接头装置,并对其接头效果进行了验证。实践证明：该装置可以在机械包覆丝机的牵伸速度达到50 m/min,甚至更高的情况下完成接头操作。认为：该装置解决了接头操作对生产速度的制约问题,进一步提高了机械包覆丝机的自动化和智能化。
