预湿工艺对棉纱润湿性能的影响

         

摘要

探讨预湿工艺对棉纱润湿性能的影响.以纱线芯吸高度为评价指标,对预湿温度、预湿时间以及添加的预湿助剂浓度等进行优化,得到最优工艺为预湿温度90 ℃、预湿时间3 s、预湿助剂JFC浓度2 g/L和NaOH浓度0.75 g/L.结果表明:相比于未经处理的原纱和仅经90 ℃高温去离子水预湿的纱线,经预湿优化工艺处理后的棉纱棉脂棉蜡去除率明显提高,其芯吸高度、芯吸速率和接触角等得到改善,而且纱线表面形态和纱线强力与原纱基本一致.认为:预湿工艺能提高棉纱的润湿性能.%The effect of pre-wetting technology on wettability of cotton yarn was discussed.Taking yarn wicking height as evaluation index,pre-wetting temperature,pre-wetting time,adding concentration of pre-wetting additive were optimized.The optimal technological parameters were determined as follows: pre-wetting temperature 90℃,pre-wetting time 3 s,pre-wetting additive JFC concentration 2 g/L and concentration of NaOH 0.75 g/L.The results show that compared with untreated yarn and yarn pre-wetted by 90℃ deionized water,waxy materials removal rate of yarn is obviously improved after pre-wetting optimal technology treatment.The wicking height,wicking speed and contact angle are improved.Surface and breaking strength of the yarn are basically same with the raw yarn.It is considered that pre-wetting technology can improve the wettability of cotton yarn.
