乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料在火电厂氨法烟气脱硫系统中的应用

摘要

结合神木县洁能综合利用发电厂一期氨法脱硫（FGD）系统防腐蚀实例，介绍了乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料VEGF的防腐蚀施工方法、施工过程工艺要求、检测手段等；对几种常用防腐蚀形式进行性价比分析。为乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料在火电厂氨法FGD系统中的推广应用提供参考借鉴。%Taking the ammonia method FGD system in the clean energy integrated utilization power plant of shenrnu county as an anti-corrosion instance, the VEGF flake anti-corrosion construction plan, process requirements in construction process, detection means and so on are introduced emphatically, and the cost-effect of several common anti-corrosion techniques are analyzed.
