导管架平台外加电流阴极保护数值模拟计算研究

             

摘要

数值模拟技术是求解阴极保护电位模型的有效方法,数值模拟计算可以有效地预测阴极保护被保护体表面电位分布,并以此验证阳极布置效果。该文采用大型防腐蚀数值模拟分析软件Beasy对小型导管架式平台外加电流阴极保护进行数值模拟分析研究,并进行物理模型试验。结果表明数值模拟计算能够模拟分析阳极布置以及被保护体表面电位分布,辅助阳极的位置对导管架表面的电位分布有一定的影响,辅助阳极位置距离导管架越近,导管架表面电位分布越不均匀。采用物理模型试验对数值模拟计算进行的验证表明,物理模型试验与数值模拟计算结果吻合较好。%Numerical simulation calculation is an effective method to study the sacrificial anode cathodic protection, which can effectively predict the potential distribution on the surfaces of protected materials and verify the effectiveness of anode arrangement. The numerical simulation calculation software - Beasy is used to study the applied current cathodic protection of platform, and the physical model experiment is performed. The results show that numerical simulation calculation can analyze the anode distribution and potential distribution on the surface. The potential distribution is affected by anode position. The closer the anode is to the platform, the greater the ununiformity of potential distribution of platform. The data obtained from physical model experiment fit well with those from numerical simulation calculation.
