某油库管道外加电流阴极保护系统故障分析

         

摘要

管道采用外加电流阴极保护,具有可靠性高、寿命长、输出电压电流可调及维护保养简便等特点,南方某省扩建的新成品油库与已有的老成品油库之间相连的进出油管道采用外加电流阴极保护系统,针对该油库新建管道外加电流阴极保护系统调试期间出现的恒电位仪输出异常的情况,分别从阴极保护系统本身包括恒电位仪、阳极地床、通电点、参比电极,以及管道和油库情况进行分析排查,最终发现问题并采取相应措施,使阴极保护系统能够正常运行。并以此为例,简述管道外加电流阴极保护系统常出现的故障及排除措施。%The applied current cathodic protection, which is high in reliability, long in service life, adjustable in output current and easy in maintenance, etc, is usually applied to protect the pipelines. In the interconnecting pipelines between the new oil terminal and existing oil terminal in a province of South China, the applied current cathodic protection system was applied. Based upon abnormal output of constant potentiometer in the test run of the applied current cathodic protection system for the new pipelines, the cathodic protection system including constant potentiometer, anode bed, electric power connection, reference electrode, pipeline and terminal were analyzed and causes were found out. Corrective measures were taken and the normal reliable operation of cathodic protection system was maintained. The common troubles in applied current cathodic protection system and associated countermeasures are described.
