The WK-35 excavator electric adopts the domestic advanced variable-frequency speed control system, which has high requirement for power supply stability. Working principle of voltage Stabilizer is the external 380V ac is changed to output stable 220V alternating current (ac) to the variable frequency speed regulation system (AFE) after transforming, voltage regulating and filtering. Under the shocking of excavator operations,the integrated voltage regulator cabinet often causes voltage stabilizer loose parts and poor contact, contact oxidation and result in unstable output voltage, which influence the stability of the frequency conversion governor parameters.
