传统电机和新型非晶电机性能的仿真对比

             

摘要

针对传统硅钢电机耗电量大,并且在高频运转时因铁损急剧增加、铁芯温度迅速升高导致电机故障的问题,采用非晶合金材料代替硅钢材料制造新型感应电机.阐述运用Ansoft软件对传统电机和非晶材料电机的定子和转子进行仿真比较,证实非晶材料制作的电机具有节能、高效和较高安全性等优点.%Aiming at sharp core loss of conventional silicon steel motors at high frequency and its incapability at high temperature and high power consumption, making use of amorphous materials instead of silicon steel in new motors was proposed;and then basing on Ansoft, the conventional motors and the amorphous alloy motors were modeled and simulated, the results show that the amorphous alloy motors outperform conventional motors in energy conservation and revolving speed improvement and safe operation.
