采用Profibus现场总线的碱回收集成优化控制系统

摘要

提出一套基于Profibus现场总线的碱回收集成优化控制系统,该控制系统可使碱回收生产过程长期处于稳定高效、低成本的状态下运行.重点阐述了系统中采用的黑液波美度在线软测量、燃烧过程步进式搜索自寻优优化、苛化工段石灰加入量的动态矩阵控制(DMC)等测量和优化控制算法.%An integrated and optimized control system based on Profibus was proposed to run alkali recovery process steadily with low coast and high efficiency. The on-line soft measurement algorithm for black liquor Baume, the step search and self-optimization control for combustion process, and the dynamic matrix control (DMC) for amount of lime addition in causticizing process were illustrated. The real application proves its effectiveness.
