Making using of Database Logger function of Cimplicity 6.0 HMI, the Group Log Table was built and the Access database was linked via ODBC data source. A 5-s sampling period was taken and the thermal parameters were recorded real-time in Access database. Based upon the Delphi, the Active X report control was made and imbedded into DCS application software to realize query and searches data from Access database, and to produce the excel report with required format for later edition, print and long-time storage. This system used in DCS for the new dry cement calciner process production can improve the management level and that of technology in cement industry, complete and perfect the report function of Cimplicity 6.0HMI, and provide good reference for similar application because of its reliability, stability, flexibility and convenience.%应用Cimplicity 6.0 HMI的Database Logger功能,建立组日志表Group Log Table,并通过ODBC数据源与Access数据库链接,以5s为采样周期,将热工参数实时记录到Access数据库中;应用Delphi编制Active X报表控件,通过OLE嵌入到DCS的应用软件中,实现对Access数据库的查询和检索,并将结果转存为所需格式的Excel报表,该报表可编辑、打印或长期保存.该系统已在实际新型干法水泥熟料生产 DCS中得到成功运用,具有稳定、可靠、灵活、方便的特点,满足工艺要求,补充和完善了Cimplicity 6.0 HMI的报表功能,提高了水泥生产过程的管理水平和技术水平,对类似应用具有良好的参考价值.
