压缩机组和SCAD A系统联锁控制逻辑解析

         

摘要

In daily operation of the compressor stations along the west-east gas pipeline II,the compressor’s continuous running becomes important to the station pressure down the pipeline.To avoid any influence of the instrument calibration and SCADA system’s spring &autumn test on the compressor’s running,the interloc-king control logic between the compressor and SCADA system was analyzed;and the risk prevention and con-trol measures for key points of risks were presented to ensure instrument calibration and SCADA system ’s spring &autumn test while the compressor keeps on running.The tests result verifies this risk prevention and control measures’effectiveness and security.%在西气东输二线压气站场的日常生产运行中,压缩机组的连续运行对天然气管道下游站场供气压力的保障至关重要。为了有效避免仪表检定和数据采集与监控系统春(秋)检时对压缩机组运行造成的影响,通过对压缩机组和数据采集与监控系统的联锁控制逻辑进行解析,针对关键风险点提出有效的风险防范和控制措施,确保在生产运行不停机的情况下仍然能够开展仪表检定和数据采集与监控系统在春(秋)检时的正常作业。实际作业测试验证了该风险控制措施的有效性和安全性。
