长输液体管道出站调压装置压力自动低选控制原理探讨

摘要

介绍了长输液体管道加压站进／出站压力调节的作用方式，提出一种双PID回路耦合的选择性切换控制方法，并以工况分析的形式对低选控制原理和控制流程进行推导和阐述。最后，对低选控制逻辑进行归纳，总结了其特点与适用性。%Regulating the in /out-pressure at the long-distance liquid pipeline ’ s pressure station was de-scribed, and an optional control method with coupling PID loops was proposed, including the deduction of low-selected control principle and control process basing on analyzing the working conditions, as well as summari-zing the low-selected control’ s features and applicability.
