设备故障预诊断与维修信息化管理系统的设计与实现

摘要

Considering the characteristics of chemical industry and the shortcoming in chemical equipment ma-intenance,both on-line monitoring method and information management system for the equipment and data routine maintenance were proposed,and the system’s overall structure and its hardware and software design were described.Application results show that this method can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce the losses caused by the disorderly close-down,as well as can provide the staff members with a safer working envi-ronment.%针对化工行业作业活动的特点和目前设备维修存在的缺陷，提出了一种生产设备运行过程环境在线监测方法和设备日常维修、保养数据的信息化管理方法。介绍了系统的总体结构，给出了系统硬、软件设计。实际应用表明：该方法不仅能有效提高设备维修效率，降低维修难度，而且能有效避免故障的发生，减少故障停机损失，更重要的是能为危险作业活动的人员提供更加安全的作业环境，能最大程度地保障一线工作者的人身安全。
