高炉鼓风引风系统安全完整性等级评估

摘要

Regarding the SIL evaluation of safety instrumented system (SIS )in the induced draft system for blast furnace of a chemical plant,having protective layer analysis(LOPA)method adopted to determine the level and the reliability block diagram used to verify the reliability were implemented to show that,the existing SIL level of the safety instrumented interlock circuit fails to meet the requirements.The suggestions for the in-stallation and maintenance were presented.%对某化工装置脱酸炉鼓风引风系统进行安全仪表系统的安全完整性等级评估.采用保护层分析方法进行等级确定,利用可靠性框图进行验证,得出现有安全仪表联锁回路的安全完整性等级没有达到要求的安全完整性等级目标的结论,并提出了对应的安装建议和维护要求.
