锅炉吹灰自控系统的设计与应用

摘要

针对锅炉吹灰工艺系统的组成和控制要求,基于DCS设计具有手动单操和程控方式的吹灰控制系统,给出吹灰程序的工作原理、流程和人机界面.系统投运后提高了吹灰效率,改善了锅炉的运行环境.%Considering both composition and control requirements of boiler soot blowing process system, hav-ing DCS based to design an auto-control system which boasting of manual operation and program-controlled mode for the boiler soot-blowing operation was implemented,including the presentation of soot-blowing princi-ple,process and human-computer interface.The application of it can improve soot-blowing efficiency along with an improved runtime environment.
