医院运营的多元线性回归方程分析

摘要

目的 利用多元线性回归方程,分析医院12个月门、急诊就诊人数和出院人数与每月收入之间存在的内在联系,并预测医院下个月的月收入.方法 采用最小二乘法原理,运用Excel软件计算线性回归方程,最后做出预测.结果 当下个月门、急诊诊疗的人数比本月环比增长5％;同时,出院人数也环比减少5％时,下个月医院月收入为1 243万元.结论 医院月收入受多因素影响,可选用多元回归直线方程进行预测.%Objective To use the multivariate regression equation to analyze the internal relationship between the number of outpatient and the number of residents discharged and monthly income in 12 months. Methods Using the least squares principle, the linear regression equation was calculated by Excel software, and finally the prediction was made. Results The number of outpatient and emergency patients will increase by 5％ in the next month compared with the previous month. At the same time, when the number of discharged patients is also reduced by 5％ annually, the hospital's monthly income will be 12.43 million yuan next month. Conclusion Monthly income of hospital is affected by multiple factors, and multiple regression liner equation can be used to predict.
