流程管理在住院费用物价审核中的应用

摘要

Under the background of reforming medical care system, the price management is more and more important in every hospital. Based on the current policy and situation, combing with practical working, by the guidance of progress theory, our hospital seek out a set of progress management of hospitalized price audit that maintain fit for the physical condition of our hospital. In order to ensure the common benefit of both patients and hospital, we constantly decrease the shortage of hospitalized price audit rate and increase the standard of price management through continuously optimizing the progress management of hospitalized price.%在医疗体制改革的大背景下，各医院对物价管理越来越重视，我院在紧跟政策形势的基础上结合实际工作以流程理论为指导，摸索出一套适合我院实际情况的住院费用审核流程管理。经过对住院费用流程管理的不断优化使我院的住院病历物价审核缺陷率越来越低，物价管理水平不断提高。从而确保了患者和医院双方的共同利益，为我院住院电子病历系统上线奠定了良好的基础。
