体育科研教学中肌肉影像测量技术比较

         

摘要

Comparative analysis method for non-invasive method to quantify muscle morphology comparison, it shows that muscle morphometry methods complement each other and providing a variety of needs for sports research and teaching. CT is cheap and wide application, it has the body exposed to particle radiation risks; Ultrasonic instrument is also cheap and with good results for muscle dynamic image, but has poor accuracy and time consuming; Although the high cost and time-consuming of MRI technology, but it is still considered to be a “gold standard”. New technology is expected to make further development, such as real-time ultrasound.%采用比较分析法等,对肌肉形态非侵入性量化方法比较,认为肌肉形态测量方法互补,为体育科研、教学提供多种需求。 CT廉价,应用广,但具有使人体被辐射风险;超声波仪亦便宜,应用便捷,但精度较差、耗时较长; MRI可避免辐射,对软组织分辨和空间定位具有较高的敏感度,可连续的进行三维扫描身体任何部位、器官,目前仍被认为是肌肉影像学中一个“金标准”,但价格昂贵。近几年出现的三维超声、全景超声、实时超声等新技术,使得超声技术有望进一步发展。
