葛根总黄酮在体育运动中的应用现状

摘要

葛根总黄酮是葛根提取的黄酮类化合物的总称。葛根总黄酮具有广泛的生物学作用，该文从抗氧化和抗凋亡等方面对其生物学作用进行综述，并且着重论述了葛根总黄酮对运动机体的保护作用，提高运动能力及其作用机制。%The pueraria total flavone was generic terms of flavonoids extracted from Pueraria lobata. Pueraria total flavone had extensive biological effect. This paper reviewed biological function on antioxidation and anti-apoptosis. And it discussed mainly that pueraria total flavone protected organism from sports injury. In this paper we also discussed that pueraria total flavone proved exercise ability and its possible mechanism.
