摘要

Octafluorocyclobutane is an important fluorine-containing gas, which is widely used in refrigeration, insulation, electronic etching and other fields. In this paper, the physical and chemical properties, preparation methods and purification technologies of octafluorocyclobutane were described in detail, and advantages and disadvantages of the related methods and technologies were analyzed.
