金属磷化表面调整剂中钛含量的分析

     

摘要

金属磷化表面调整剂是含有钛盐粉体型制剂,其作用使金属表面产生微观变化,形成结晶细小,均匀,致密的磷化膜.采用紫外分光光度法测定金属磷化表面调整剂钛的含量.在硫酸的酸性条件下,钛与硫酸氨酸生成黄色物,在最大吸收波长λ=430nm测定表调剂中钛含量.测试结果表明,该方法操作简单、干扰少、重复性试验RSD值1.31%,加标回收率在97.5%~103.0%之间,适合于金属磷化前表面调整剂中钛含量的准确测定.%The Surface conditioner for phosphating treatment of metals is a powder-type agent which contains titanium salt, it can change microstmcture of metal surface and accelerate the formation of micro-fine, uniform and dense phosphate coating crystals. In this paper, the titanium content of surface conditioner was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The yellow complex was formed from titanium and ammonium sulfate under acidic condition with sulfuric acid. And at the maximum absorption wavelength (λ = 430 nm) , the titanium content of surface conditioner was determined. The results show that this method is simple and has less interference, the recovery rate is in the range of 97.5% ~ 103.0% with repeatability experiment RSD of 1.31%. The method is suitable for accurate determination of titanium content of surface conditioner for phosphating treatment of metal.
