炼厂低压蒸汽汽轮机应用比较

     

摘要

在新建和改扩建的炼厂项目中,经常采用低压蒸汽进背压汽轮机做功来拖动转动设备,并背出低低压蒸汽供工艺装置使用汽轮机拖动转动设备可采用两种方案,其一是拖动多台低功率采、风机等小型设备;其二是拖动一台大功率背压发电机,利用电能拖动小型设备运转,针对汽轮机用作发电和工业拖动两种用途,对比分析炼厂在蒸汽不足和过剩的情况下汽轮机的运行经济性.通过工程实例比较,在同等进汽情况下,汽轮机发电的经济性往往要好于工业拖动汽轮机.%In new building, transformation and extension projects of refineries, the low pressure steam is often put in the back pressure seam turbine to drive rotational machines and produce lower pressure steam for processing installations in the refinery. There are two ways for steam turbine driving rotational machines. The first way is to drive many little equipments, such as little power pumps and fans; the other way is to drive high-power backpressure electric generator to generate electric energy then to drive little machines. In this paper, aiming at two kinds of uses including generating electric energy and driving rotational machines, the economy of steam turbines under the situation of steam lack or excess was analyzed and compared. The results show that the economy of steam turbine for generating power is better than that for driving rotational machines.
