催化干气制乙苯技术的工业应用

         

摘要

The industrial application of the 3rd-generation process technology of producing ethylbenzene from FCC dry gas in Yan'an refinery was introduced. The technology adopted the combination process of the gas phase alkylation and liquid phase trans-alkylation reactions in two separate reactors with FCC dry gas and benzene as the raw materials. By optimizing the process parameters, the product qualified rate of ethylbenzene has reached 99.95%, the mass fraction of xylene is below 0.04%,which can meet superior grade standard for producing styrene. In this article, main impact factors to further reduce benzene consumption were analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The benzene consumption was reduced to 0.837 t (benzene)/t(ethylbenzene).%介绍了第三代催化干气制乙苯技术在延安炼油厂的工业应用情况。该技术以催化干气和苯为原料,采用气相烷基化与液相烷基转移反应在两个独立反应器中进行的组合工艺,通过优化工艺参数,乙苯产品质量达到了99.95%以上,二甲苯的质量分数低于0.04%,符合优级品标准;通过分析制约苯耗降低的主要因素,提出了相应的改进措施,苯耗降低到0.837 t(苯)/t(乙苯),为进一步降低苯耗,提升装置竞争优势提供了一定的参考依据。
