自动脱水器在锦州石化原油储罐中的应用

摘要

In recent years,due to increasing water content of purchased crude oil in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, dewatering workload of the crude oil storage tank increases, while artificial dehydration sometimes can’t reach the dehydration demand. In this paper,in view of above phenomenons, combined with the actual situation of Jinzhou petrochemical oil workshop, it’s pointed out that the new automatic dehydrator should be introduced. The working principle and structural characteristics of the automatic dehydrater were described. The application results have proven that the automatic dehydrator has good dehydration effect, and is suitable for promotion.%近年来由于锦州石化公司外购原油含水量不断增加，原油储罐脱水工作量随之增大，同时人工脱水伴有脱水不净的问题。针对以上现象，结合锦州石化公司油品车间实际情况，提出引进自动脱水器新技术，详细介绍了自动脱水器工作原理和结构特点。实践证明，自动脱水器运行良好，适合推广。
