基于焓温法的石克管线停输温降三维数值模拟

             

摘要

Three-dimensional mathematical model of shutdown temperature drop of buried heated oil pipeline is often established based on the finite volume theory and the enthalpy-temperature method. In this paper, three-dimensional numerical simulation of shutdown temperature drop of Shi-Ke D377 pipeline in Xinjiang oilfield under different conditions was carried out, and the contours of crude oil and soil temperature at different time in different locations along the tube were obtained. On the one hand, the effect of different temperature of outbound oil on temperature of inlet oil and the shutdown time was analyzed;On the other hand, optimal outbound oil temperature under the condition of the lowest amount of transmission in the coldest month was analyzed. By calculating and analyzing, the data can provide the theoretical judgment basis for planning scheme of shutdown and restarting and optimizing pipeline operation.%  埋地热油管道停输温降三维数学模型是基于有限容积理论与焓温法所建立。针对新疆油田石克D377管线不同工况下的停输温降过程进行了三维数值模拟,得到了不同时刻沿线不同位置的管内原油及土壤温度场分布云图。一方面,分析了不同出站油温对进站温度及停输时间的影响;另一方面,给出了最冷月最低输量运行时的最优出站温度。通过分析计算,该数据能够为管道停输再启动方案的制定及管道优化运行提供理论依据。
