基于有限元的齿啮式快开容器上法兰结构优化

     

摘要

采用 ANSYS 软件对某齿啮式快开容器的罐盖法兰进行了有限元模拟,并进行了应力强度评定,结果表明齿的上表面齿根处及封头与法兰连接处为高应力区域。分析了啮合齿宽、啮合齿厚、法兰径向宽度、法兰轴向高度、封头厚度及封头与法兰连接处过渡圆半径等结构参数对罐盖法兰的应力特性影响,并依据影响结果对罐盖法兰结构尺寸进行了优化,优化后罐盖法兰应力满足应力强度要求,为罐盖法兰的设计提供了参考和依据。%The ANSYS software was applied in the finite simulation of tank cover flange of a tooth-locked quick open-closure vessel. And stress strength assessments were carried out. The results showed that the tooth-root of tooth upper surface and joint of head and flange were high stress areas. The effects of structural parameters (the width of tooth, the thickness of tooth, the radial width of flange, the axial height, the thickness of head, the joint of head and flange) on the carrying load character of the tank cover flange were analyzed. The structural size optimization of the tank cover was carried out according to the effect results. The stress value of the tank cover could satisfy strength requirement after the optimization. The paper could offer the reference and basis for design of the tank cover.
