Three kinds of water-in-oil emulsion samples ( water volume content of 10%, 20%, 30%) were prepared. The Anton Paar MCR 302 rheometer was used to test the viscosity of these water-in-oil emulsions at 30,40,50,60,70 or 75 ℃. Based on the experimental data, nine viscosity prediction models were evaluated, and the Hatschek model was selected as the basic model for the viscosity prediction. The Hatschek model was further improved by introducing a cubic temperature term into it according to the relative errors between the predicted and experimental data. The results show the average relative error of the improved Hatschek model is 15.11%, which decreases by 14.85%compared with the original model.%配制了3种塔河稠油在体积含水率为0%、10%、20%、30%下的油包水乳状液。采用Anton Paar MCR 302流变仪测定了乳状液在30、40、50、60、70、75℃下的粘度。基于实验数据,对9种乳状液粘度预测模型的准确性进行了评价,优选出 Hatscheck模型作为乳状液粘度计算基础模型。根据计算值与实测值之间的偏差,引入温度相关项对 Hatscheck 模型进行了修正。结果表明,修正后的 Hatschek 模型的总平均相对偏差为15.11%,比修正前下降了14.85%。
