The most direct manifestation of the thermal oxidation stability of lubricanting oil is color changing. In this paper, the color changes of diisooctyl sebacate (DOS) and dioctyl adipate (DOA) were preliminary analyzed under different conditions including high temperature (120 150, 180, 210 and 240 oC), oxygen atmosphere and N-pheyl-1-naphthylamine (NPNA). The result shows that the leading reason of the color change is due to NPNA.%颜色变化是润滑油热氧化安定性最直接的外观表现之一。实验分析了不同温度(120、150、180、210和240 oC)下,癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)和己二酸二异辛酯(DOA)两种润滑油基础油在无氮气保护、1.5×105 Pa 氧气及1.5×105 Pa 氧气同时添加0.5%的抗氧剂 N-苯基-α-萘胺(NPNA)的颜色变化规律,结果表明 NPNA是导致润滑油颜色变黑的主要原因。
