PHAST 软件在输气站场泄漏事故后果评估中的应用

         

摘要

天然气输气站场是天然气长输管道系统重要组成部分,属于易燃易爆场所,主要风险为可燃天然气的扩散及其火灾爆炸。采用挪威船级社的 PHAST 软件分别对西气东输某站天然气扩散和火灾爆炸影响进行了定量计算和影响分析,并得出此站场的个人风险图表提出了风险防范依据,为提高天然气输气站场安全管理水平,降低事故风险提供依据,为输气站的安全设计提供指导。%Gas transmission station is an important part of the system of natural gas transmission pipeline; it also belongs to flammable and explosive place. Its main risk is the spread of the combustible gas and fire explosion. In this article, Det Norske Veritas PHAST software was adopted to respectively carry out quantitative calculation and analysis of gas diffusion and fire explosion influence factors of a station in west to east gas pipeline, then the yard personal risk chart was obtained, and risk prevention basis was put forward, which could improve the natural gas station safety management level and reduce the accident risk.
