高密度 ZnBr2/CaBr2溴盐缓蚀剂的筛选及缓蚀性能测试

         

摘要

Aimed at the corrosion mechanism of bromide salt, based on FTD,prescription screening of compound corrosion inhibitor was carried out, and then a good bromide inhibitor formulation was determined as follows: 0.2%FTD,0.3% Vc,0.4% zinc chloride,0.4% morpholine,0.2% propynol and 0.2%TTC. The static weight-loss method was used to evaluate the compound inhibitor inhibition performance for P110 steel and 13Cr steel in bromide salt solution with different density at different time. The results show that, after testing in low temperature 85 and high℃temperature 180 in℃ bromide salt solution with different density for 20 days,13Cr steel almost has no corrosion,P110 steel corrosion rate increases with the temperature increasing,and decreases with the bromine salt solution density increasing.%针对 ZnBr2/CaBr2溴盐溶液腐蚀机理,以 FTD 为基础,对 ZnBr2/CaBr2溴盐缓蚀剂进行复配筛选,确定了一个较好的抗溴盐腐蚀的缓蚀剂配方:0.2% FTD、0.8% MOS、0.2%丙炔醇、0.4%吗啉和0.2% TTC。采用室内静态挂片失重法测定了复配缓蚀剂在不同温度、不同密度溴盐溶液中对 P110钢和13Cr 钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,经低温85℃和高温180℃不同密度(1.8、2.0、2.1 g/cm3)ZnBr2/CaBr2溴盐溶液浸泡20 d 后,13Cr钢基本无腐蚀;P110钢的腐蚀速率随着温度的升高而增大,随着溴盐溶液密度的减小而增大。
