新建12 Mt/a 处理高硫原油炼厂开工经验

         

摘要

A new refinery with a designed capacity of 12 Mt/a for processing Kuwait high sulfur crude oil has been built. Its process route includes atmospheric and vacuum distillation, residue hydrotreating, fluid catalytic cracking, and hydrocracking and delayed coking. After comparing and analyzing two kinds of commissioning schemes, a two-stage startup commissioning scheme was selected. At first, low sulfur crude was used as raw material for FCCU to carry out the commissioning. And then sulfur content in feedstock for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units was increased step by step, at last the feedstock was shifted to high sulfur crude oil, the commissioning of residue hydrogenation unit in the second stage was carried out to realize successful trial operation of whole refinery.%设计年加工12 Mt/a 科威特高硫原油、以常减压——渣油加氢——催化裂化——加氢裂化——延迟焦化为加工工艺路线的新建大型炼化企业。通过对比分析两种投料试车方案,确定了分步开车的投料试车方案。首先,选择低硫原油以催化裂化装置为核心进行投料试车;然后,逐渐提高常减压蒸馏装置进料含硫量,向高硫原油进行切换,以渣油加氢装置为核心进行开车,最终实现全厂开车成功。
