ASME B31G 系列评价方法的演进及影响因素研究

         

摘要

Five methods for the residual strength evaluation of corroded pipelines, which were related to ASME B31G, were reviewed. The development process and the intrinsic relationship between them were studied. Effect of flow stress, defect section area and Folias coefficient on the evaluation results was discussed. The results show that different calculation formula of flow stress has a great influence on the evaluation results,and the influence on low grade pipeline steel is greater than that on high grade steel. The influence degree of calculation formula of defect section area increases with increasing of corrosion depth. For shorter defects, the Folias coefficient has a great influence on the reduction ratio, but has little effect on the large defects.%综述了五种与 ASME B31G 相关的腐蚀管道剩余强度评价斱法,研究了 ASME B31G 系列评价斱程的发展过程以及它们之间的内在联系;分别讨论了评价斱程中流变应力、缺陷剖面面积和 Folias 系数三个因素对评价结果的影响规律。研究结果表明:不同的流变应力计算式对评价结果有很大影响,并且对低钢级管线钢的影响程度要大于高钢级管线钢;缺陷剖面面积计算式对评价结果的影响程度随腐蚀深度的增加而增大;对于较短的缺陷,Folias 系数对减速比的影响较大,而对于较大的缺陷,几乎没有影响。
