老君庙联合站除砂沉降罐规格及运行参数优化研究

         

摘要

The crude oil for Laojunmiao united station has high sand ratio,and there is no special sand removal equipment in Laojunmiao united station.The dewatering performance of three-phase separator becomes worse due to sand deposition in the separator.In order to relieve the separator desanding workload and improve the processing effect of crude oil,the gravity setting tanks are intended to put into practice in Laojunmiao united station.In this paper,properties of crude oil in the laboratory were tested by the experimental method,and the sand particle size distribution was analyzed,the sedimentation experiment was carried out to determine the specifications and operation parameters of gravity settling tanks.In the actual production after the improvement,the sand content in crude oil from tank top was in the range of 0.14‰0~0.24‰.The result indicates that the optimization for specifications and operation parameters of gravity setting tanks can satisfy the requirements of desanding,which verifies the practicality of the optimization approach.%老君庙联合站来液含砂率较高,其站内无专用除砂装置.泥砂在分离器中沉积导致三相分离器效率降低,脱水效果变差.为减少对分离器定期除砂工作量,提高原油处理效果,联合站拟采用大罐沉降方式进行除砂.通过实验的方法,对老君庙联合站来液进行物性测试,分析砂粒粒径分布,设计并进行室内沉降实验,优选得出满足除砂要求的大罐规格和运行参数.结合改造后实际的生产情况,沉降罐顶部出口原油中含砂率可达到0.14‰~0.24‰.结果表明,通过优化沉降罐规格及除砂运行参数达到除砂的工艺标准,验证了该优化方法的可行性.
