加氢脱硫汽油博士试验问题及对策

     

摘要

《车用汽油》新标准GB 17930-2016(简称新国Ⅴ汽油)于2017年1月正式执行,其中新国Ⅴ汽油硫醇硫的技术标准采用博士试验,也就是说博士试验必须通过汽油产品才能合格出厂.湛江东兴80万t/aOCT-ME催化汽油选择性深度加氢脱硫装置生产结果表明生产国Ⅴ汽油产品时候,即使总硫含量已经降低到小于10 μg/g,有时候博士试验不通过.经过湛江东兴与抚顺石油化工研究院共同优化生产方案的探讨与试验,解决博士试验时常不通过的问题,保证了按时在2017年1月起,汽油产品博士试验通过、合格出厂.%"The gasoline for motor vehicles" (GB17930-2016,hereinafter referred as new Chinese Ⅴ Standard) has been carried out in China since January 2017.Specially in the new Chinese Ⅴ Standard gasoline,the specification of mercaptan must use the doctor test.Gasoline product must be verified it to be qualified by the doctor test before the gasoline product is sold in market.The commercial application results of 0.8 Mt/a OCT-ME FCC naphtha desulfurization unit of Zhanjiang Dongxing Refining-Chemical Company showed that,though sulfur content in produced "Chinese Ⅴ Standard " gasoline product was less than 10 μg/g,the test result of the gasoline by the doctor test was not sometimes qualified.In order to solve the problem,Zhanjiang Dongxing Refining-Chemical Company and Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals optimized the production plan together,and qualified "Chinese Ⅴ Standard " gasoline product was produced by optimized production plan.
